| CONFERENCE ROOM IS HERE: http://www.hotconference.com/software/conference.php?id=87000861 This website address will require you to download a tiny piece of code to your computer. Just patiently follow the instructions. Don't worry. It's not a big file nor is it something that could mess up your computer. It simply allows you to get into the "conference" room. Once you're in that's it! You don't have to use your real name if you don't want to but you do have to use a name. At the bottom of the screen, you'll notice that you can type a message in. We ask that you not interrupt the speakers with questions until after they are finished. We don't want to distract them. If you have a microphone, you can also talk to us! Once the speaker opens up the conference to questions, just click on the "Talk Now" button and chat away! Pretty easy to do, we just want to make sure everyone is comfortable getting in the conference. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know.
